Serene Senior Living Rises in the Heart of Jersey City
RC2 brought a touch of tranquility to bustling Jersey City with the Ocean Green Senior Apartments. We expertly managed the manufacturing, delivery, and installation of 56 modular units, overcoming the challenges of a densely populated urban environment.
With no on-site storage and limited options for street closures, we devised a phased construction approach. The first phase, housing most units, used a crane pad strategically placed within the building footprint. Off-site storage, located just four blocks away, ensured a steady flow of units to the site. Phase two, comprising 16 units, required a brief two-day lane closure for final installation.
Now complete, Ocean Green provides seniors with a comfortable living space in the shadow of Lady Liberty.
