Modular Construction Beats the Blizzard
RC2 delivered Standish Hall, a 196-bed student dormitory at Endicott College, just in time for the fall semester despite facing a record-breaking winter. While Boston was buried under 99 inches of snow, our team diligently manufactured 130 modular units off-site, ensuring the project stayed on track.
Traditional construction methods would have likely succumbed to the harsh weather conditions, delaying the project significantly. However, thanks to the efficiency and resilience of modular construction, we completed the installation in August, allowing students to move in right on schedule.

I want to say a deep and genuine “thank you” for all the hard work ... It’s a hell of an accomplishment to have gotten this building set as quickly and efficiently as you guys did. I know it’s been a ton of work, and we appreciate it.
