Modular Construction Beats the Blizzard

RC² delivered Standish Hall, a 196-bed student dormitory at Endicott College, just in time for the fall semester despite facing a record-breaking winter. While Boston was buried under 99 inches of snow, our team diligently manufactured 130 modular units off-site, ensuring the project stayed on track.

Traditional construction methods would have likely succumbed to the harsh weather conditions, delaying the project significantly. However, thanks to the efficiency and resilience of modular construction, we completed the installation in August, allowing students to move in right on schedule.
