Modular Living at its Finest: The Spring Street Apartments Come to Life
Manufactured in Plant #2 and installed in June 2023, the Spring Street Apartments are now fully complete and occupied.
This three-story affordable housing project comprised of 66 modular units and is home to 42 residents. The project was funded through New Hampshire Housing Finance Agency and the developer, and modular construction technology advocate, is Jack Franks, Avanru Development Group. This is one of several housing projects wherein Jack Franks has effectively utilized the product and services of RC2.
We celebrate the successful completion of this project and the positive impact it has on its residents and community.
