Plant #2 is currently abuzz with activity as the 90 modular units for the Martha’s Vineyard Workforce Housing Project are on-line.
This significant project, encompassing three buildings and 37,625 square feet, recently hosted a successful site visit from key stakeholders, including the owner, general contractor, and architect.
The visit left a lasting impression, with the entire group expressing admiration for the Ritz-Craft organization and its dedicated team. We look forward to bringing this vital project to fruition, providing much-needed workforce housing to the Martha's Vineyard community.
