RC2 significantly impacted Philadelphia’s vibrant Northern Liberties neighborhood with Dwell Luxury Apartments. This impressive project, encompassing 120 living units across two buildings, is one of the largest modular construction endeavors we’ve completed to date.
We meticulously handled the manufacturing and delivery of 156 modular units, showcasing our capacity to manage large-scale projects with precision and efficiency. Dwell now stands as a testament to the versatility and sophistication of modular construction, offering residents a premium living experience in the heart of the city.
