Traverse City's Skyline Transformed: Boardwalk Project Takes Shape
Phase one of the impressive Boardwalk Project is well underway, with all 44 modular units manufactured in plant #4 during Q1/2024.
Delivery and installation were successfully completed in May 2024. Notably, this 5-story structure stands as the tallest commercial project ever manufactured at our Jonesville facility.
As phase two (another 44 modular units) progresses on-line in plant #4, with delivery and installation slated for August/September 2024, we anticipate the completed Boardwalk Project to be a true showpiece in the RC2 portfolio.
I want to say a deep and genuine “thank you” for all the hard work ... It’s a hell of an accomplishment to have gotten this building set as quickly and efficiently as you guys did. I know it’s been a ton of work, and we appreciate it.
