Phases one and two of the impressive Boardwalk Project are complete, with all 88 modular units manufactured and delivered in our facility, then installed at the project site.
Notably, this 5-story structure stands as the tallest multifamily building ever manufactured at our Jonesville, MI facility.
Certificates of Occupancy for both phases are expected by Q3/2025. The Boardwalk Condos Project is a true showpiece in the RC2 portfolio.
